Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We don’t store your credit card information on our site. And all your order information is sent in encrypted form, so it can only be read by us. This makes our online system 100% secure. You can feel safe using your credit card on our site, as any information and transactions are protected through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Orders are normally charged at the published price on the day you place your order. (In other words, if there’s a price increase between the time you order and the time your order ships, the increase won’t apply to that order.) All international orders are exclusive of VAT or any other fees customs imposes. In the case of errors or omissions – or a price increase on a back-ordered item – we’ll contact you before shipping and offer the option of cancelling the order.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all online orders via USPS within 48 hours of placement. However, we don’t ship packages on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. We ship packages via USPS*** with the exception of packages weighing more than 1 lb which ship via UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Mail to PO Boxes). An email confirmation of shipment is sent out for all orders providing a valid email address was provided with the order, the day your order ships. Included in the email confirmation is a tracking number, along with a link for tracking for your order. For international shipments a package ID number is provided. ***Your item will ship and be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service. In order to continue to offer you the best possible value and service, we have partnered with UPS Mail Innovations who will provide the advance transportation of your item. UPS MI will induct your item into the USPS within 2 business days and you can expect delivery within 1 day of normal First Class Mail to your destination. You may track your delivery via the UPS site, by clicking on the tracking number that is provided in your shipping notification email (provided you gave us a valid email address at the time of your order). Please be aware that there may also be a delay in the electronic upload of this information. This lack of information does not indicate a delay in the delivery of your order. International packages are often NOT updated until delivery is made. If you have any questions please contact customer service.
On rare occasions, we may run out of stock on an item you order. If we do, we’ll notify you – and offer you the option of cancelling the order or waiting till it’s back in stock.

How do I return a product for a refund?
We don’t get many requests to return our health and wellness products. But if you do need to make a return, we try to make it easy. Faulty Product: We inspect every package before it ships. But if you should receive a faulty product, let us know within ten (10) days of receipt. We’ll arrange to re-ship the faulty portion of your order. (Note: If you receive your order in damaged condition, contact the carrier at once. For packages shipped USPS contact the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777), and for packages shipped via UPS contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877). The carrier is responsible to deliver your order in good condition.) For shipments using UPS MI you will need to contact the USPS.
Satisfaction Guarantee:To take advantage of our one year guarantee you are required to return the product purchased, whether empty, unused or partially used. Please return your unused, empty or partially used bottles to Nepion Nutraceuticals, Returns Department, 100 E Linton Blvd , Suite 202A, Delrey Beach, FL 33483. We’ll issue a refund of the full product purchase price (Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) upon receipt of your return. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return, so we can correctly process your refund. If you don’t have your packing slip, please enclose a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number and order number, if you have it. Just to be safe, we urge you to use some form of delivery confirmation, to provide proof of return. Nepion is not liable for refunds on lost packages. Packages that are refused when delivered should ultimately be returned to sender by the carrier, however, Nepion is NOT responsible for refunding packages that are lost in transit. Our strong recommendation if you have changed your mind for any reason is the follow the return instructions above in order to ensure delivery to our facility so that a refund can be processed upon receipt. Please note: If you refuse delivery on any order, we will refund the purchase price on receipt, less shipping and a 10% handling fee. We are not responsible for any packages not returned by the USPS.
